Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents No. 1 and 2 as well as Smt. Archana Singh, learned counsel for Respondents No. 3 and 4.

Petitioner through this Writ Petition has challenged the order dated 08.04.2023 whereby claim of the petitioner for inter-district transfer to District, Meerut has been rejected.

Mrs. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for Respondents No. 3 and 4 has submitted that after the aforesaid impugned order dated 08.04.2023, State Government itself floated a policy for inter-district transfers on 02.06.2023 and pursuant to that, interdistrict transfers have already been completed on 26.06.2023 and final list of candidates who have been transferred, has also been issued.

It has further been submitted that petitioner has not applied for inter-district transfer in the recent exercise of inter-district transfers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, has submitted that if the order dated 8.04.2023 impugned in the writ petition is allowed to hold field then, for the reasons assigned in the impugned order, case of the petitioner will be rejected even in the next transfer exercise.

I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels appearing for respondents.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents that if the petitioner submits her application for inter-district transfer in any future exercise to be taken by the State Government then petitioner's case will be considered without being influenced

by the reasoning given in order dated 8.04.2023
