Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents No. 1 and 2 as well as Mr. Manvendra Singh, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner through this writ petition is praying for a direction by this Court to Respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2023 for inter district transfer.

On the other hand Mr. Manvenda Singh, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 3 has brought to the notice of this Court that recently State Government issued transfer policy in the month of June, 2023 whereby applications were invited from teachers of the entire State for their inter-district transfer and that exercise has already been completed and inter district transfers have been made in the month of June, 2023 itself.

This Court has put specific query to learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether petitioner has applied in the aforesaid inter district transfers which have been done in the month of June, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not aware about the said fact.

In the aforesaid circumstances, it appears to the Court that the present writ petition, in its form, has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition when any such occasion arises.
