Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State-respondents.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner claims following reliefs:-

"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent authority to pay the rest payment for March, 2020 to 11.09.2020."

The contention of the petitioner is that he has been working as a nominated counsel (ADG Criminal) and has worked for the period from March, 2020 to 11.09.09.2020 and the bills of the petitioner has not been cleared and in this regard he has already made a representation to the respondent no.2 dated 17.03.2020, a copy of which, has been brought on record as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition, however, no decision has been taken till date.

Considering the nature of the dispute raised by the petitioner, which may involve disputed question of fact. This Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. However, the petition is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and take an appropriate decision on the pending representation of the petitioner, which is on record as Annexure No.2 by a speaking and reasoned order preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date, a certified copy of this order is placed before the authority concerned.

It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of the petitioner on merits and the authority concerned shall decide the same strictly in accordance with the applicable rules and law.

With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of .
