By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has assailed the suspension order dated 09.02.2018.
On the basis of the instructions, it has been informed that the suspension order has been revoked on 14.02.2023 and the petitioner has also joined. It has also been stated that since a criminal case is pending against the petitioner, accordingly the suspension order has been revoked subject to the outcome of the aforesaid case.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required in the matter at this stage. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
