It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that petitioners are working as Seasonal Collection Amins and recommendations have been made by the District Magistrate to the State Government for granting age relaxation and regularization by communication dated 14.07.2022. However till date no decision has been taken by the State Government in this respect.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submits that the decision on the claim and the recommendation dated 14.07.2022 of the District Magistrate, Varanasi shall be accorded consideration in accordance with law in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby provided that the respondent No. 1 shall accord consideration to the recommendation dated 14.07.2022 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
