The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

" 1. to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 Tehsildar, Tehsil Phulpur, District Azamgarh to decide the proceeding of mutation Case No. 1599/2020, Computerized Case No. T202015060301599 (Ramannad Rai Versus Mithalesh), Under section 34 Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 Mauja Birhar Maychak Khajura Pargana Mahul, Tehsil Phulpur, District Azamgarh and any other writ order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. "

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that mutation case is pending consideration before respondent no. 2 since the year 2020, however, till date no order has been passed.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that the mutation case will be decided by respondent no. 2 in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby directed that the mutation case pending before the respondent No. 2 shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
