In compliance with the order dated 22.11.2023, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Swar, District Rampur.
In paragraph No. 5 of the affidavit, it is averred :
Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Tawvab Ahmed Khan and Mr. Vikrant Pandey, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5, this Court finds that arrears of pension due to the petitioner have been paid.
This petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall be paid his pension regularly and month-wise.
