In compliance with the order dated 08.11.2023, an affidavit has been filed by the Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Mathura-Vrindavan, District Mathura, where in paragraph no. 6 of the affidavit, it is averred:
"That besides the above noted amount, the following amount has been paid to the petitioner towards arrears of pension, gratuity and leave encashment:-
i. Arrears of pension for four months Rs. 1,08,204/from 01.02.2023 to 31.05.2023
ii. Total Gratuity Rs. 8,11,530/iii. Difference of Earned Leave Encashment Rs. 15,240/-
TOTAL AMOUNT Rs. 9,34,974/(-) Amount earlier paid on 22.08.2023 Rs. 1,00,000/- BALANCE AMOUNT PAID on 09.11.2023 Rs. 8,34,974/-
A true/ photostat copy of the note sheet dated 31.05.2023 showing calculation of aforesaid amount of Rs. 9,34,974 /- and payment advice report dated 09.11.2023 in this regard are annexed herewith and are collectively marked as Annexure No. 2 to this affidavit."
