The petitioner is working as cook in the establishment with the Deputy Inspector, Composite Hospital (C.H.) CRPF, Nagpur seeks directions for consideration of his claim for benefit under modified Assured Carrier Progression Scheme, by Director General (CH) CRPF at New Delhi.
Learned Advocate Ms. Manjarai Singh appearing for the respondent nos. 1,2 and 3 has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition for want of territorial jurisdiction.
I have gone through the array of parties in respect of the respondents and find that directions have been sought for respondent no. 2 who is placed at New Delhi, inasmuch as the petitioner is also himself posted at Nagpur.
In the circumstances, preliminary objection raised by learned Advocate appearing for respondent is upheld. I decline to entertain this petition for want of territorial jurisdiction in respect of respondent nos. 2 and 3. Liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before the appropriate forum having territorial jurisdiction in respect of respondent nos. 2 and 3.
The petitioner is accordingly consigned to records with the aforesaid liberty.
