Heard Mr. Neeraj Kumar Tripathi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Arun Kumar, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 and Ms. Monika Arya, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondent no.1.
Mr. Arun Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 states that all post retiral benefits due to the petitioner including Pension, Leave Encashment and Group Insurance have been paid to the petitioner. The petitioner is also in receipt of regular pension.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition.
