"Petitioner is an employee of the East Central Railway and challenges the order that has been passed rejecting his claim pursuant to the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna.
It seems that the matter is cognizable again by Tribunal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is to meet this aspect of the matter on the next date fixed as to the maintainability of the writ petition before this Court.
