Through the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 6.6.2023 passed by the District Development OfÏcer, Baghpat refixing the salary of the petitioner. The petitioner has also challenged the order dated 20.6.2023 also passed by the District Development OfÏcer, Baghpat noticing the petitioner as to why Rs. 8,96,787/- which is the excess payment made to the petitioner be not recovered as a result of refixation of his salary vide order dated 6.6.2023.
The document dated 20.6.2023 referred as an order is essentially a show cause to the petitioner to present his case as to why the excess payment referred in the said letter be not recovered from his post retiral dues.
It has been stated in the petition that the petitioner is to retire on 31.7.2023.
The petitioner may submit his reply alongwith the necessary facts before the District Development OfÏcer, District-Baghpat within two days from today, who shall pass appropriate orders on the reply of the petitioner before 31.7.2023.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
