The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is regarding reevaluation of his answer-sheets of the General Studies Paper attempted by him in the Public Service Commission Main Examination-2021 and, therefore, the petitioner prays that his answer-sheets be summoned and a direction be issued for reevaluation of the same.
The relevant statutory provisions do not provide for reevaluation of the answer-sheets and the averments made in the petition do not indicate any arbitrariness or perversity in the evaluation of the answer-sheets of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
