None for the either parties is present to press this case.
It transpires from the records that the present P.I.L. pertains to the year 2014. In compliance of the Court's order dated 12.12.2022 the office has reported on 27.1.2023 that card-notice was issued to petitioner, but since then neither undelivered card-notice has been received back nor any power has been filed on his behalf as yet.
After perusing the counter-affidavit dated 15.1.2015 filed by the State, which is on record, we do not find any good ground for the matter being kept pending.
In view of the same and as none is present to press this petition, this petition is dismissed for want of non-prosecution.
