The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
"(i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to effectively implement 'Janeshwar Mishra Gram Yojna' launched by the State of Uttar Pradesh which involves huge state exchequer of Rs.250.0 Crores.
(ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1/State Government to appoint Ombudsmen in Districts of Uttar Pradesh, wherever the Janeshwar Mishra Gram Yojna is in vogue, for redressal of grievance in regard to the implementation of the Janeshwar Mishra Gram Yojna.
(iii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or a a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Central Bureau of Investigation/Special Investigation Team or any other Agency to investigate into the corruption and defalcating funds by the officers/employees of the opposite party no.2/Rajya Krishi Utpandan Mandi Parishad, Uttar Pradesh and the reasons of not implementation/completion of the Lohia Gram Yojna earlier launched by the State Government and other independent projects of the opposite party no.2/Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parisad, Uttar Pradesh.
(iv) Issue a writ of Mandamus or a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to recover money and take action against the officers/employees of the opposite party no.2/Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parisad, Uttar Pradesh who have been found involved in misappropriation of funds in inquiry and no action has been taken against them till date.
(v) Any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be passed.
(vi) Allow the writ petition with costs."
After perusing the averments made in the writ petition including the reliefs claimed by the petitioner, we do not find any good ground to interfere in the instant petition as it has lost its efficacy.
Accordingly, the present P.I.L. is dismissed as infructuous.
