At the very outset, the Court has been informed that the petitioners have alternative remedy of approaching the local authorities, which has not been done. In absence of the same, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy available to them under the law.
