Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents have encroached upon the public utility land.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has a remedy under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition and to avail the remedy under the U.P. Revenue Code. In case, any such application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code is preferred by the petitioner, the same shall be decided expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
