The instant special appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant praying to allow the present special appeal by setting aside the judgment and order dated 22.12.2021and with a further prayer to issue an ad interim direction commanding the respondents not to initiate any proceedings in pursuance to the order dated 22.12.2021 passed by learned Single Judge in passed in Writ Petition No.30428 (S/S) of 2021 (now Writ A No.30428 of 2021), during the pendency of the present special appeal.
Since no one is present on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal, the special appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution .
