The instant Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L.) has been filed by the petitioner, Rajbali Singh , seeking following primary relief:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to conclude the election of Gram Panchayat of Gram Sabha Dharupur without division of Gram Sabha Dharupur."
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant P.I.L. has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the P.I.L. is dismissed as infructuous . Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
