Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that deponent is petitioner No.44. His entire family, relatives and some other labourers joined the brick-kiln operated by private respondent Nos. 8 to 10. At the instance of deponent, the brick-kiln is operated by respondent No.8 in the name of Shyam Enterprises Bricks Manufacturer at Village-Kheri Meerut. and its office is situated at Prabhat Nagar, Meerut by its proprietor whose name is not known to the petitioners. However, respondent nos. 9 and 10 are operating the said brick-kiln. The petitioner No.44 works as contractor as well as labourer in the said brick-kiln. It is further submitted that the petitioners are brutally dealt with and harassed by private respondent nos. 9 and 10 and their life and liberty is in danger. Petitioner no.44, anyhow got himself rescued and approached this Hon'ble Court through present writ petition for seeking relief against private respondents in the matter. The relevant papers are filed along with the petition, which were available to the petitioners. These papers reflect that the petitioners are working in brick-klin named as Shyam Enterprises, which is impleaded as respondent No.8 in the petition. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having no hope for release from the illegal detention of respondent Nos.9 and 10. They are not only being harassed but they are also being given threat by private respondents. The petitioners are regularly making call on mobile number of present deponent to release them from the illegal detention of the brick-kiln owners/ operators.
