Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Digvijay Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Shri K.K. Upadhyay, learned counsel for respondent no.4.
Learned counsel for the private respondent submits that there is difference in the date of birth of Aadhar Card filed along with a copy of present petition and the Aadhar Card in original. According to original Aadhar Card, the corpus was minor on the date of the alleged marriage and an F.I.R. has also been lodged by the father of corpus against petitioner No.1 and his family members under Section 363 I.P.C.
After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.
Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
