The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned first information report dated 01.01.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 01 of 2023 under Section 3 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Chopan, District- Sonbhadra and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned first information report.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructous.
Even otherwise, we find that in respect to the same Case Crime No. 01 of 2023, two petitions being Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 739 of 2023 and Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 758 of 2023 have already been dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2023 and 21.02.2023.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
