This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 07.10.2022 in Case Crime No. 143 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 354, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 of Muslim Mahila (Vivah-per-Adhikaro Ki Suraksha) Adhiniyam 2019 and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Aligarh.
Learned AGA submits that in the present case, charge-sheet no. 135 of 2022, dated 24.12.2022 has been forwarded to the petitioners, a copy of the charge-sheet is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
