This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.10.2022 in Case Crime No. 0494 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Aligarh.
Learned AGA informs that as per instructions, charge-sheet no. 14/2023 has already been forwarded on 13.01.2023.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
