Learned A.G.A. informs that further investigation has been ordered and Final Report has been put on hold. Investigation is now being conducted by Sri Bal Krishna Mishra, the new Investigating Officer. The officer ensures that fair investigation would be conducted and would be taken to its logical conclusion.

In view of the above, we see no reason to keep this matter pending any further. Let investigation be completed as per law at the earliest and the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion. The Circle Officer who is present or whosoever is the Circle Officer concerned shall monitor the investigation.
