Shri Hemant Kumar, Advocate holding brief for Shri Digjijai Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner says that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition. However, he says that in case any cause of action arises in future, he may be granted liberty to approach this Court again.
If at all, any cause of action arises then there is a remedy available in law and it is always open for the petitioner to avail the same, as far as it may be permissible.
We see no reason to grant or refuse any liberty in this regard.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
