Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direction the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 8, Allahabad to decide Complaint Case No. 1365 of 2021 (Anita Devi and others Vs. Sanjay Kumar & others), under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, pending before him expeditiously within stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have filed a Complaint Case No. 1365 of 2021 (Anita Devi and others Vs. Sanjay Kumar & others), under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act which is pending consideration before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 8, Allahabad but till date no order has been passed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for

the parties, this petition is disposed of directing Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 8, Allahabad to consider and decide Complaint Case No. 1365 of 2021 (Anita Devi and others Vs. Sanjay Kumar & others), under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
