Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for respondents. Perused the record.
Pursuant to order dated 30.10.2023 the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre for amicable settlement between the parties.
It is given to understand that on 8.12.2023 in the presence of learned counsels for both the contesting parties, the mediation process was aborted.
Under the circumstances, there is no reason to quash the impugned F.I.R. registered as Case Crime No.0268 of 2023, u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S.-Faiz Ganj Behta, District Budaun. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the court concerned within next 10 days and apply for regular bail, which shall be decided by the court concerned strictly in accordance with the law.
With this observation the present writ petition is disposed off.
