While entertaining the writ petition, this Court has referred the dispute to Mediation Centre vide order dated 11.08.2023.
A report has been submitted by the Mediation Centre, as per which, the petitioners have not deposited the requisite amount in terms of the directions already issued. The F.I.R. otherwise discloses prima facie allegations with regard to commissioning of cognizable offence in the matter.
Even in the revised call, since none has appeared to press the writ petition otherwise, we dismiss the writ petition. Sri Raj Kumar Singh has appeared for respondent no.4.
