he has admitted that PW2 is his niece (Bhanji) of the locality. He has also admitted that Bholey Ram is his brother-in-law(Bahnoi). Rakesh happens to be cousin of PW1. Ram Chandra is a friend of PW1. He further admitted that PW2 used to go along with the deceased to the school. She used to leave the home at around 7-7.30, in the morning. On the date of the incident she left for school at 7.00, in the morning. However, PW2 had not gone to the school with her on the said date. PW2 had gone to her relative’s place. PW1 later stated that Reshma had left to the relative’s place after attending the school. Prior to the incident, no complaint was made by the deceased to PW1 by PW2 or anybody else in the family. On 23.04.2011, the deceased returned from the school in the morning and stayed at home. He stated that the incident was got intimated to the police, for which the written report was scribed by a neighbour. He has stated that he had no knowledge as to which relative was visited by the PW2. The day when PW2 narrated such incident to PW1 was 2nd of May, 2011. Three other witnesses, Rakesh, Bholey and Ram Chandra had informed PW1 on 4th of May, 2011 about the incident, in which nude video of the deceased was seen by them on the mobile of the accused.
