The office note indicates that review application is beyond time by 190 days and the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application does not satisfactorily explain the delay in filing the review application.
Apart from the aforesaid, no grounds for review are made out. The grounds raised in the review application were not raised by the petitioner in his written statement before the trial court nor were they part of the pleadings in the writ petition.
For both the aforesaid reasons, the review application and the delay condonation application stand dismissed .
