- Heard the applicant, who appears in person.
- This is an application for review of the judgment/order passed by this Court in First Appeal From Order No.472 of 2022 whereby the appeal instituted under section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act 1984 has been dismissed.
- On due consideration of the grounds urged before this Court seeking review of the impugned order, we are not convinced that the applicant has been able to make out a case of an error apparent on the face of record. The judgment sought to be reviewed is a speaking and reasoned judgment and has considered all the relevant aspects of the matter.
