The instant bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0015 of 2021, under Sections 364-A, 302, 201, 34 I.P.C., Police Station-Sidhpura, District-Kasganj, during the pendency of trial.
The matter is pending since March, 2022.
Perusal of order sheet shows that previously, case was listed on 12.10.2022 but the same was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the applicant.
Today also when the case was called out in the revised list, none appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application, however, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and Smt. Krishna Singh, learned counsel for the informant are present but they are not aware about the present status of trial of the applicant.
In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
