The instant bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 527 of 2020, under Sections 376, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Budhana, District-Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial.
The matter is pending since February, 2022.
Perusal of order sheet shows that on 22.07.2022, case was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the applicant.
Today also when the case was called out in the revised list, none appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application, however, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. is present but he is not aware about the present status of trial of the applicant.
In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
