- On perusal of record, it transpires that the first bail application was rejected on 30.05.2016 by the co-ordinate bench of this court. Aggrieved by the same, the applicant has preferred the instant second bail application.

- Perusal of order-sheet reveals that on previous three dates, none has appeared on behalf of applicant. It appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the bail application.

- Accordingly, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.

- This order will not preclude the applicant to file fresh application.
