1. On perusal of record, it transpires that the first bail application was rejected on 10.12.2015 by the co-ordinate bench of this court. Aggrieved by the same, the applicant has preferred the instant second bail application.

1. Perusal of order-sheet reveals that on previous date i.e. 12.09.2022, none was present on behalf of applicant and the case was passed over. It further reveals that the case was passed over on the request of counsel for the applicant on several occasions. Today also, when the case was called out, none has appeared on behalf of applicant.

1. This case is otherwise listed in the category of bail applications which are not to be adjourned. It appears that with the passage of time the cause itself has ceased to exist. In the event any cause still survives, it will be open for the applicant to file a fresh bail application.
