1. On perusal of record, it transpires that the first bail application was rejected on 01.05.2014 by the co-ordinate bench of this court. The second bail application was dismissed on 20.11.2015. Aggrieved by the same, the applicant has preferred the instant third bail application. Perusal of order sheets reveals that on previous five dates, none has appeared on behalf of applicant

1. This case is otherwise listed in the category of bail applications which are not to be adjourned. It appears that with the passage of time the cause itself has ceased to exist. In the event any cause still survives, it will be open for the applicant to file a fresh bail application.

1. In that view of the matter and subject to the liberty of filing fresh bail application, this application for bail is dismissed for want of prosecution.
