applicant on 15.02.2017. The applicant has been continuously absconding from trial and could not appear before the trial court, therefore, the trial court issued N.B.W. against the accused applicant. The applicant has surrendered before the court below on 23.09.2022 and N.B.W. was recalled. The applicant again could not appear before the court below, and he has been arrested by the police on 05.04.2023, since then he has been languishing in jail.
