- Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. on behalf of State and perused the record.
- The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2023, under Section 3 (1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Civil Lines, District Rampur, during pendency of trial.
- It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He further submits that two cases are shown against the applicant in the gang chart, in which the applicant has been enlarged on bail. Copies of the bail orders have been annexed as Annexure No. 2 with the bail application. The applicant is in jail since 15.06.2023. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in trial.
