the case and keeping in view the fact that the FIR alleges impregnation of a minor girl by repetitive rape committed by six accused persons and the informant and the victim have categorically stated about the involvement of the applicant in the commission of crime, I am of the considered view that the aforesaid facts do not warrant exercise of discretion of this court in favour of the applicant by enlarging him on bail.
