Heard Sri Dilip Mishra, the learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Manish Kumar Pandey, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 30 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 120-B, 420 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, registered at Police Station Delhupur, District Pratapgarh.

The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of F.I.R. lodged on 11.09.2022 against the applicant and two other persons, stating that the applicant had enticed away the informant's minor daughter on 25.08.2022. He kept her with him for two days, raped her and dropped her back on 27.08.2022.

The learned counsel for the informant himself submitted that the incident occurred with consent of the victim and he has not opposed the bail application.

In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the informant, the alleged applicant be enlarged on bail in the aforesaid case.

Accordingly, this bail application stands allowed.

Let the applicant- Taukeer be released on bail in Case Crime No. 30 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 120-B, 420 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, registered at Police Station Delhupur, District Pratapgarh, on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Magistrate/Court concerned.
