(i) applicant is naturally not named as she was the one behind the scene, hatching this conspiracy to abduct her real brother;
(ii) the evidence has been collected to show her complicity. Her name has been disclosed in the statement given by the first informant and his wife;
(iii) the medical examination of the victim corroborates the prosecution version.
It is made clear that observations made in rejecting anticipatory bail to the applicant shall not in any way affect the learned trial Judge in forming his independent opinion based on material before him, at any stage of the case.
