Heard Sri Sanjay Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri O. P. Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the papers on record.

This application has been moved on behalf of the applicants Munni alias Manno Devi, Ajeet alias Jeetu, Ankit alias Ankit Saxena, Gyanendra Saxena alias Lallu and Munni Devi alias Pinki seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.197 of 2021, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 336, 452 and 324 I.P.C., P.S. Bithoor, District Kanpur Nagar.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants prays not to press this anticipatory bail application with further prayer to grant her relief in the light of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.

This anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a direction to file appropriate application before the court below within three weeks from today, which shall be decided strictly according to law.

For the period of three weeks from today or till the time of appearance of the applicants before the court below, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the above case.
