It is pointed out by learned A.G.A. that as the case is one, which falls under the provisions of S.C.&S.T. Act, therefore, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.In such a situation, only appeal lies.
In view of above, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this anticipatory bail with liberty to file an appeal before the competent court.
Hence, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
