Solitary grievance of the applicant appears to be, Case No.3890 of 2016 (State Vs. Satendra and others) arising out of NCR No. 106 of 2016, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station - Etmadaula, District - Agra has remained pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 7, Agra, for very long.
In view of the above, application is disposed of with a direction, in case petitioner files a copy of this order before the learned court below, it shall make best efforts to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, without allowing for undue or long adjournments, if there is no legal impediment.
