Solitary grievance of the applicant appears to be, Case No. 0352 of 2020 arising out of case crime No. 185 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Khajuriya, District Rampur has remained pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I Rampur, for very long.
In view of the above, application is disposed of with a direction, in case petitioner files a copy of this order before the learned court below, it shall make best efforts to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, without allowing for undue or long adjournments, if there is no legal impediment.
