Solitary grievance of the applicant appears to be, Complaint Case No. 186 of 2021, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has remained pending in the Court of Principal Judge (Family Court) Gutam Budh Nagar, for very long.
In view of the above, application is disposed of with a direction, in case applicant files a copy of this order before the learned court below, it shall make best efforts to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, without allowing for undue or long adjournments and keeping in mind the timelines prescribed by the statute.
It is further provided, since the application for interim maintenance has remained pending for two years, in which opposite party No. 2 has filed appearance, it may be considered and decided as expeditiously as possibly, preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of a copy of this order.
