The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the charge sheet no.390 of 2020, dated 8.11.2020 (State Vs. Nafees and others) arising out of Case Crime No.326 of 2020, u/s 323, 324, 325, 504 IPC, P.S. Hayat Nagar, District Sambhal pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal and further to stay the further criminal proceedings of the aforesaid case during the pendency of the present application.
Learned counsel for the applicants after some arguments states that the present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a better petition.
Prayer as prayed is allowed.
