The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants-Wajid, Arif and Rabiya with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 11.9.2020 as well as cognizance-cumsummoning order dated 27.1.2021 and entire proceeding of S.T. No.40 of 2021, State Vs. Wajid and others, u/s 323, 354, 504, 452, 506, 376, 377 IPC, P.S. Loni Border, District Ghaziabad arising out of Case Crime No.615 of 2020 and S.T. No.40 of 2021, State Vs. Wajid and others, u/s 323 IPC, P.S. Loni Border, District Ghaziabad arising out of said case crime number against the applicant nos.2 and 3 pending in the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Court No.1, Ghaziabad and further to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case during the pendency of the present application.
Learned counsel for the applicants after arguments at some length states that the present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn.
Prayer as prayed is allowed.
