The present application under Sections 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants Aditya Kumar Rathore, Ashwini Rathore @ Ravi, Sunil Dutt Tripathi and Neeraj Rathore with the prayer to allow the present application and quash the complaint dated 09.11.2021 as well as entire proceedings initiated upon it vide Complaint Case No. 1727 of 2021 Rohit Kumar Vs. Aditya Kumar Rathore and others), P.S.- Shivli, District Kanpur Dehat, under Sections 504, 506 IPC against the applicants, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- II, Kanpur Dehat including the summoning order dated 30.111.2022 issued against the applicants in the said criminal case and with a further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the said case, during the pendency of the present application.
Learned counsel for the applicants states the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn as they intend to raise all the objections/points available to them at the stage of trial.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the said proposition.
In these circumstances, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
